By far the most common ask is for an estimation/pricing/quote automation tool.

At the push of a button, a calculation tab will be generated for each customer. This allows multiple members of your sales team to help customers in the same spreadsheet, at the same time.
Each completed estimation outputs to a printable PDF with just the details you want the customer to see. Optional outputs can be created for contractor proposals, project managers, material orders, and more.
